All Sales Final Policy
Due to the nature of consulting services, all sales are final. Once services are purchased, agreements are signed, or consultations are scheduled, no refunds, cancellations, or returns will be issued.

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a verified administrative or service error on the part of Brandy T. Tarver Consulting Agency.

By purchasing services and signing any service agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Brandy T. Tarver Consulting Agency provides professional consulting, guidance, and educational information to assist clients in starting, organizing, and growing their businesses.

However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, business success, or outcomes. Business success depends on many factors including, but not limited to:

• The client’s work ethic
   
• The client’s ability to implement strategies provided
   
• Market conditions
   
• Financial resources
   
• Business decisions made by the client
   

Our role as consultants is to provide guidance, structure, and strategic insight based on experience and knowledge. The client remains fully responsible for implementing the information, making decisions, and executing their business plan.
